REQUIRED SKILLS/JOB DESCRIPTION
A. BS in Computer Science or Engineering
B. 2+ years of software testing
C. Strong written and verbal communication — must be able to clearly describe and discuss problems found
D. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
E. Must be motivated and able to work with minimal direction
F. Strong problem solving skills
G. Good test development aptitude
H. Good CS knowledge — data structures, programming, debugging, operating systems
I. C++ fluency — for test tool support
J. Execute test procedures and analyze results to verify software requirements
K. Open issue trackers to document test failures and unexpected behavior
L. Troubleshoot test case issues
M. Develop test cases from requirements
