REQUIRED SKILLS/JOB DESCRIPTION
-Must be willing to relocate to Utah
-BA/BS in Material Science/Chemistry/Mechanical Engineering
-At least 5 years experience in semiconductor industry or an Associate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of semiconductor experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication field.
-Must possess Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, 5S background and the desire to help create a world-class production environment.
-Experience generating process instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, quality inspection criteria and control charts.
-Must possess ability to read and follow all MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets).
-Must possess a strong working knowledge of Quality Process development.
-Must have successfully implemented and managed a Total Quality Management program (ISO 9000) in a fast paced, production environment.

DESIRED SKILLS
-Semiconductor processes experience a plus as is Chemistry and chemical handling.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Implement process changes in a production environment.
-Improve / develop processes that benefit product quality, productivity and controls for all phases of the fabrication process to ensure 100% conformance to customer requirements.
-Design, implementation and analysis of experiments to solve production problems.
-Create measurements and metrics to monitor process performance and to document production quality.
-Set detailed specifications and implement production plans.
-Provide Root Cause and Corrective actions on non-conforming materials produced.
